I need a Recovery Disc for IBM ThinkPad 600E Type 2645-5BU

My computer is having various problems and was advised the first thing to do was get a hold of a recovery disc but it was imperative that the disc match my type 2645-5BU. This I was told would restore my computer to the way it was when it left IBM. If anyone has a recovery disc that matches the 600E type 2645-5BU I would like to buy it.
