Hi,

I have this program on my T41p. What is it? and can I uninstall it without getting to trouble?

The menu item IBM Access Support in Access IBM uses this. It provides a certain amount of automated support between IBM and your Laptop. You don't need to use it, and it can be uninstalled. ... JDHurst

Use the IBM PC Support web site for your particular model, find the Access Support page and download the program/update *before* you uninstall it. ... JDHurst
