bluetooth problem is driving me nuts

So I got a thinkpad T60 this past week and everything is good except 3 things.

1. there is a delay when you type if you dont use the computer for awhile.

2. Loose battery - which was fixed with about 6 layers of electrical tape on the battery.

3. I keep getting a bluetooth stack error that comes up like every 30 mins. My dinovo bluetooth set still works but the pop up is getting really annoying.

Does anyone know why I get a bluetooth stack error? on the taskbar it shows that the bluetooth network is disconnected but the bluetooth devices still work.
