TP fan control problem with NHC

my t42 fan runs at 3000rpm all the time. even at 38C. I tried TP fan control but its not working. i even undervolted all the settings to get a 3-5C lower temp but still nothing. TP fan control has some conflict with another program. I am using NHC to undervolt the cpu.I uninstalled NHC and tried TP fan control but it doesnt seem to work still. some conflict.


any help would be nice
