SOLD: Thinkpad X20 600mhz

#1 Post by Quattro » Tue Sep 05, 2006 4:23 pm

2662-35U. Great laptop for portable use, XP Pro, Firefox, WiFi, and MS Office all ran beautifully. I have two batteries, one holds a charge (50% capacity), the other is nearly new, still in the "green". I currently have XP Pro on it, will ship with Ubuntu Linux.

192mb RAM (320mb max)
12.1" screen, no bad pixels, slightly pink for 1min on startup. Quickly corrects itself.
600mhz w/ speedstep
12GB HD (had a 80gb 5400rpm in previously, ran great)
Will ship with UBuntu Linux
Windows 2000 Pro product key sticker on the bottom.
Includes Long-range PCMCIA G WiFi card.

Make an offer.

I'm looking for an X30, if anyone is selling.

Well, the screen turns pink for about a minute during startup.

Ehm, I'm not trying to damage your business here but Pink tint on start up is a sign that the backlight is getting old ;p

Not to worry, new backlights can be slotted in by hardcore techies easy enough ;D
760ED All the way.

FEEL THE BURN! From the bottom of that particular laptop... right in the bawsack! eek
