Are similarly configured X60s and X41T, the only differences being the processors and hard drive speeds, comparable in terms of speed? Or is the X60s noticebly faster than the x41T as a result of the Core Duo and the faster hard drive? What % decrease in speed would you say is given up when using the x41t vs the x60s?
Thanks
X60s vs X41T Processing Speed?
The performance is sooooo much better than the X41T (which I find almost unusable sometimes with low amounts of memory)
The X60 is not slow by any means - a comparison to a desktop system of mostly unknown specs is not a fair one by any means, you wont get a much better performing notebook if the right options are chosen (excluding the GPU) at the moment.
