Very Annoying Beep

Hello,

I have a T21 and it works overall very good. Though, sometimes, when for example I open a program, the computer starts to beep. A very very very low beep in fact , but when it is 5 AM one hears it clearly, and it is very annoying. Here what I've already unsuccessfully tried to do :


Disabled all sound devices (including beep systems in the hidden part of the device manager)

Took out Mini Pci Card

Took out the CD ROM

Changed the HD for another compatible one

Removed all usb devices

Removed and Replaced Ram memory



Maybe I've done something more, but I don't remember right now. Ah, the beeps really don't have a pattern. Sometimes it is 2 short beeps, sometimes one every second, sometimes 4 short ones, sometimes 3. I've already seen a list o beep patterns from IBM, but as the computer presents so many different ones I can't really say what it is. Well, this beep maybe is nothing at all, because it really doesn't come from the sound speakers. I'd like to hear your opinion, and possible solutions to this annoying problem.
