Time between order and recieving

question: why does it take that long to get the notebook after ordering it. i ordered it on the 22.8 and it still didn't arrive... i mean its not customer friendly. apple or dell even need less shorter time to ship the notebook... i mean they don't let them grow on plants and wait 2month till its ready for pick them up... :cry:
T60 Large (14" 1400x1050,2gb,80gb,9cell bat, and advanced ultrabay battery)-->going to have a big x60 :D, Apple Powerbook G4, DesktopPC, Networkslave (dell optiplex as printserver) ->next upgrade: samsung mh80 120gb drive

Depends, but if you ordered an X60s it seems like they have pretty low stock of the actual chassis on hand. If you don't need to customize it when you buy it, there are a few places online that have pre-built units in stock, like buy.com and euclid.
