For sale, a used IBM T-42 Thinkpad in excellent condition, almost new keyboard, DVD/CDRW Combo drive, 2 gigs of RAM, 6 cell battery and a new 9 cell battery (approx 6½ hours on one charge), IBM Thinkpad padded carrying case, Atheros wireless A/B/G card, installed. The machine cosmetically externally is about an 9,5. Has some minor wear on the corners, but the interior is a beautiful 10! The laptop is under IBM warranty until mid 2008.


Fresh install of Win XP Pro (authentic and legit copy) along with the full installation of Microsoft Office 2003 (word, PowerPoint, access, excel, publisher, Visio, outlook, front page, publisher and one note), Corporate Symantec Antivirus, Adobe Elements 4, Corel Draw 11, Nero Express CD Burning software and Power DVD software (for viewing DVD’s and movies). I would just like to vouch for Brian here, I just bought a T41 from him and it was in excellent condition like stated. I haven't had any problems with it. He drove an hour out to Baltimore to close the trade with me and he made sure I had no questions. Great service.

Does anyone have an estimate on the shipping cost of sending this machine to Germany? I have an interested buyer but wanted to see what i will be required to do when shipping overseas. (customs, forms, how much of a hassle it is), sales taxes and other unexpected suprises?
