experiences with ultrabright TFT?

Has anybody experiences with this display for a X60s TP.
Will it be possible to change the original LCD by the ultrabright. Can I do this by myself or must it be done by ??

2nd question: I am looking for a very small AC adapter for a X60s. Is there any stuff known SMALLER then this one from IBM?
