Thinkvantage system Update problems

I did try to us the Thinkvantage systemUpdate and for all try I got an error message: Error collecting user inforrmation...
well...do anyone have some idea, what is it this?

It's almost always a conflict with Internet Explorer 7 beta. Delete that and the problem will clear.

Wow...this something special...thank you anyway...I like this idea! last week the Windows Defender deleted the IE7 and i "have to use the Mozilla"
