Hi there,
I have a T22 (oldie but goodie) and have managed to lose the hibernation facility.
Recently had a message asking something about Suspend. As I don't use Suspend, I click 'No.' That was obviously a mistake. Now I no onlger have Hibernation (Fn+F12) but the Standby button on the Shutdown menu has gone.
Downloaded the latest BIOS and Hibernation files from IBM site; Redisafe in enabled; the Hibernation file seems to be there, but Fn+F12 does nothing. Under Control Panel/Power Management/Hibernation, the 'Enable Hibernation' button is greyed out. If I hit the 'Disable' button, I go to Hibernation file details that only has a 'Delete' option.
So how do I get Hibernation back?
Thanks in advance for your advice,
Rex
