Counter Strike Source +T42 2373 (Radeon 9600)

My T42 always crashes when running source. i know this is a business machine, but i wouldn't mind blastig the odd terrorist. I upgraded to the latest DirectX as well as catalyst 6.9 with the mobile hack, but the game still crashes as soon as you're about to start gameplay (after connecting to the server).

Does anyone else experience this, and or figured out a fix.

My 2373 has a gig of ram, the 9600, and an 80gb samsung if it makes any difference. Centrino 1.7, and it is undervolted.
