Lenovo and/or UPS Really Screwed Up My Shipment

I'm in California, yet the laptop somehow got delivered to a guy named "Saud" in Florida according to UPS. I called Lenovo up, they are gonna get back to me after they find out what the deal is.

Has this happened to anybody? I really need the laptop by Friday...

have you looked at the UPS web site and the ship to address info..?

if it was addressed to you and mis-delivered or mis-routed, which can happen, then it is UPS and not lenovo..

if it was addressed to mr. saud then it might be thast you got the wrong order number and have been tracking the wrong shipment..
