Best way to clean screen & fingerprints from lid?

I was just wondering what is the best method to use when trying to clean your screen so it doesn't get damaged (i.e. what type of cloth should you use, any water etc.). In addition, I've quickly noticed that the fingerprints on top of the case kinda get annoying...is there an easy way to clean those off as well? Thanks!
