how cute! for the market they're being produced for, i think it will be a huge success. kids don't need anything bigger than the 1 gig flash drive, and the whopping 8MB VRAM and remainder of the 256 shared RAM.

Very impressive.

The only concern is not price. I just googled, rumors say it will carry a price tag around $300. I wish it could be below $200. Actually, for $200, I also would rather get a used T20 that were sold here very often.

Anyway, I really think there is a big market if it is priced below $200.

Agreed. Very interesting.

I wonder what kind of battery life the thing gets? With no drive platters to spin, I'd bet on several hours.

This would be a great thing stateside too - issue these instead of textbooks. I certainly wouldn't have minded trading the 28lb backpack for one of these as a kid...
