FS. Mint Thinkpad T60 - $1150

#1 Post by hyacinth » Thu Sep 28, 2006 6:23 pm

Originally purchased 4/06, 3-year warranty effective until 4/17/2009--serial #s can be confirmed at Lenovo site. Used in a show for only 6 hrs. Notebook comes w/ 6 cell (or you can choose the 9 cell for $50 more) battery and power cables. I bought as a pair since seller was willing to give a good deal for both at the same time--will keep one and sell the other.

CPU: Intel Core Duo T2300 (1.66Mhtz)
Ram: 1 GB
HD: 80 GB
Drive: CD-RW/DVD Combo
Screen: SXGA 14.1" (1400 x 1050)
Video: 128MB ATI Mobility RADEON X1400
Security: Fingerprint reader and Security chip
Windows XP
Buetooth

Type/Model: 2008 - CTO
Serial # is: L3-A2-xxx

These notebooks are in mint condition but no box or manual is included--just notebook, 6 or 9 cell battery, and power cables. Batteries were said to have not been used since they laptops were luggen in throughout the show. $1150.

I just discovered this wonderful forum while doing research on thinkpads but i have 100% ebay feedback (70 transactions) and can give references from high value transactions in photography, watches, and golf. Please email if you have any questions--located in San Jose, CA . Pics available for those interested. Thanks...

What is the type and model number?
Do you ship internationally?

2008 - CTO Serial # is: L3-A2-xxx

I will consider shipping internationally as long as 1) buyer takes care of all shipping costs, 2) buyer has a verified/confirmed Paypal address and 3) you have good feedback and/or references and 4)it's not going to Africa or Indonesia, etc.

A couple of members also asked if I can post on ebay for added protection for the buyer--if nobody commits by this evening, I will also consider doing that as i have 100% ebay feedback under user ID aalviar70

Thanks

Such model does not exist on the TABook.

And the serial provided is not found on Lenovo site(unless i did it wrong) ;).

The 1GB RAM is standard or is it 512MB*2?
The 80GB, what rpm?

My fault--I corrected the model to 2008 - CTO and it is actually a T60p according to website. I called Lenovo support and they confirmed that it is indeed a T60p although they could not tell me what the "P" designation means--i thought the "p" only applied to the ones with the 15" screens. This is definitely a 14"...Can someone who is familiar explain please?

i have pics of the actual notebooks and serial # if you would like to see them. Pls email me: mishalan@sbcglobal.net

P.S> The bottom of the 9 cell battery has a scratch going across but the rest of the laptos are as described--pretty much mint!

Is Configure To Order

In other words, custom built for someone.

Does not sound like a true T60p. but has nice specs.
PLEASE DO NOT PM
