Hi,
My Thinkpad R30 2656 64G model noteboks. Does not start.
Power Led green - Standby Mode led (half moon) green, battery Full charge green.
Im trying open button does not start notebook.
Out all devices, HDD, DVD, Ram, CMOS batery, Li-On Battery, and power cord - AC and wait 24 hours and more.
Re inserted Ram and AC Power , nothing.
AC power testing multimeter 17 Volt and good.
Battery testing Multimeter 1 and 5 pin 12.36 volt good, and 5-6 pin resistand 15 ohm good battery and cahrging good.
Trying Battery discarhing and charging 2 time. nothin notebook does not start but CPU heating and does not turn fan. (fan out case testing 5volt good turning).
I think problem Mosfet or Voltage regulator chip.
but mosfet change before service. I dont sure original parts mosfet.
Mosfet : 40N03-18P
How to find original parts Thinkpad R30 2656 board use the Mosfet model.
Or where is the problem...
