Creating Recovery Disk

I am unable to create a recovery cd with the IBM Access utility. A prompt comes up and indicates "An Internal Error Has Caused This Process To Fail" Has anyone encountered this problem before, and if so, what was the fix.

My X200 745533M has no features of creating R&R disk. Does any one has the image for it plus the drivers image as well?
