How to reset power-management chips for R30

Hello,
My thinkpad R30 after shutdown and restart entering standby mode.

But all forum solutions trying nothing succes.

I think power management chip resetting the solution.
but where is the power-management chip or reset button location ?

or whats the problem..??*

I to have the same problem,after shutting down my R30 i went to restart it the next day,the thing has been stuck on stand by or sleep mode ever since.So any 1 with any info would be great!!

R30 does not start but CPU heating and standby mode

same problem.

one question flypoint

are youre R30 does not start with CPU heating ?

my R30 CPU heating (also voltage regulator working) do you have problem.

Hardly a sound from it at all...its just sitting there waiting for a jump start by the looks of things lol.

This thing has ben like this 4 over a week now ....any 1 help?
