My T60 is with the easyserv right now. I just checked the repair status and it says "HF...Hold for customer information."
I called the depot and they are closed for the weekend. I was wondering if anyone knows what this means.
Maybe they will ask my permission to replace my machine?:) Or simply ask for more info about the problem (I did give them a detailed written description though).
Thanks a lot.

That is a generic status that does indeed mean that it's likely you will receive a call regarding your computer.
A few months ago, I sent in my T41 that was just out of warranty by a month. The hard drive had failed. I checked one evening after hours and got the same message.
Much to my surprise and delight, the next day they called to ask if they could keep it an extra day or two as they were replacing the hard drive, motherboard, optical drive and keyboard all at no charge to me. Now that's quite a nice way to keep your customers loyal.
