Oh, goody...I really need to find out why people, who usually browser the web with a browser, would like to take up a large majority of their workspace on the screen with a iTunes-esque application integrated playlist as well as another web browser/flash player/video list/bandwidth user.

Not that it is bad, mind you, although I find it strange to devote a large portion of screen space and time to a desktop media player when one is listening to music whilst working. To me, a little Winamp Pro window with the controls, possibly bound to the arrow keys a la latest ThinkVantage media key style, with a little playlist that is shaded when not in use is an efficient use of time as well as non-obtrusive.

Also, I probably don't want to know what that Songbird is doing to that Penguin in the lower left "Cross Platform Compatibility" image....Yeah, not sleeping well tonight. :|

I met someone who looks a lot like you.
She does the things you do.
But she is an IBM.

songbird is a web browser and a music player. huge music players usually allow you several different ways to customize your library - that's why many people like them. both iTunes and Songbird can be minimized to become less obstructive.
and the two penguins are making love :) - i thought it was hilarious.
