Z60t - Cannot change Desktop Background...

My Z60t was recently connected to a projector at a meeting. When the projector was removed...the desktop defaulted to the "ThinkPad" desktop image. I am unable to use the Properties.Background tab to reset the desktop back to its prior state.

The listbox on the Background tab is disable, preventing me from selecting any of the items.

Any ideas?

Fn + F7 - change it to normal settings.
