mobile celeron upgradeable in thinkpad??

I would like to replace the CPU in the thinkpad i1400 (2621-420) series which is a mobile celeron 433 MHz.
Besides pin package, what else do I need to check? Voltage? multiplier?
What is the highest frequency I can get for this thinkpad?
