Battery icon missing

I have a R51 and really have had very few problems with it for 2 yrs.

I have noticed that the last 2 times I have booted, that the battery icon is missing from the task bar.........I mean the one that always showed the time left.....not the one that looks like a battery. The missing one is just to the left of the arrow on the right sided of the task bar. Does anyone have a suggestion on how I can get the indicator back on the task bar? I didn't do anything to get rid of it.....it just disappeared on boot one morning...

A better way of describing what has disappeared would be to say the icon on the task bar that constantly showed the percentage of power left in the battery.

Looking for battery maximizer? Start, Programs, Access IBM, Battery Maximizer.

Thanks dsigma6 for the tip. In the wizard there was a place to check and it brought it back to the task bar. It is amazing to me how stuff like that can sometimes disappear without doing anything to cause it.
Thanks again for the help.........problem solved.
I must say this Thinkpad has been mostly trouble free for a couple of years or more since I have owned it.
