This is a motherboard kit, with cables, speakers, vrms and other connectors etc.. for IBM Intellistation Mpro. The kit was purchased as part of an upgrade but was never used, so has been sitting for around 4 months.

what form factor? I wonder if this could be modified to fit an atx case?

I am definitely sure it is not a micro ATX. The memory for this board is RD-RAM and this is like an auxillary board which plugs into the main board.
