My two i1400s have found new homes. I am purging the detritus of that era. Following items are available as a bundle only. Boxed and ready to ship:

(1) Toshiba DVD-ROM, SD-C2202, FRU 05K9260, but the plastic adapter cage is broken and it won't read DVDs, reads CDs though.
(1) SINBON NAGANO 14.1" display ribbon cable, FRU 27L0496
(1) CPU Fan, FRU unknown
(1) Modem cover, FRU 08K5863
(1) Memory cover, FRU 05K7073, screws are missing
(1) DC-DC converter board, FRU 08K3403, with shield
(1) Shield for above item, FRU unknown
(1) Middle cover and launch buttons, FRU unknown
(1) Little white ribbon cable for above item, FRU unknown
(4) Rubber plugs that go in the PCMCIA screw holes
(1) Rubber foot

The parts will fit a 2621-441 or a -480, and possibly others. Use the HMM. Described to the best of my knowledge, these parts are all USED and sold as-is. Send me $20 to cover my time and the postage and these parts are yours. PM address. Forgive me if I am offline for a day or two.
