Ez-Serv Code

#1 Post by rosemarycane » Mon Oct 16, 2006 9:26 am

I checked the status of my repair today, and the status is "HF". Not sure what that means. It says "hold for customer information". If anyone can shed some light on this, I would appreciate it.

Thanks

If you used the Search button at the top of the page, and chose Search for all terms on Hold for customer information, you would have found your answer.

There is absolutely no harm in asking directly if you are in doubt. :)

Almost all of the time, it is a holding status where they will notify you about the state of your Thinkpad when they get the chance. It either takes a business day or two for them to respond.

I met someone who looks a lot like you.
She does the things you do.
But she is an IBM.
