Bios Util for changing Boot order

Curious if anyone knows of a utility that would run under a DOS environment to change a T42 boot order at the Bios level. Trying to create a Pre-Os software package that will change the way our laptops boot. Currently they PXE boot first then, go to the HDD. Trying to change this. Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.
