T60p Ubuntu Help! ATI driver falling back to VESA

I have been searching for days and found some guides but they didn't help me. Anyway, I was hoping if any of you with Ubuntu on your T60p could help me out with my video driver. I tried the guides but I am still having problems. I can post my xorg.conf if you needed. I can see the driver is falling back to the vesa. Any help would be appreciated!

Here are some things to show you what I am going through.
