A31 and Belkin Wireless G Plus MIMO Notebook Card

I just picked up a Belkin Wireless G Plus MIMO Notebook Card as i have very good luck wit some of the othre cards but have project I need a good amount of range with(this one said to cover over 1000ft) I load the cd plug the card and well the belkin software won't see the card but Xp does and so does some of my testing software. my network in on WPA and XP pro won't let me login as it see WEP only

I not sure what to do as Belkin support seem to backed up at this time.so I thought i check here to see if anyone had had the same problem.
