XP internet explorer tab stacking...

#1 Post by Bg357 » Fri Oct 20, 2006 12:12 pm

Pardon me if this is a no-brainer but as a Win2K user it's new to me.

I hate the way XP stacks the open IE window tabs into one tab, instead of lining them up across the taskbar.
Is there some setting I can change to eliminate that?

I understand that when you have a lot of windows open the tabs can become become very short and unreadable but what frustrates me the most is that when other tabs are closed, leaving plenty of space for the open tabs, XP keeps the IE tabs stacked!!
Very Annoying!

Right-click on an empty area in the taskbar and choose "Properties". Uncheck "Group similar taskbar buttons"
