Hard drive assembly, what exactly is included?

I need the little tray that the hard disk sits in in the x40. I just got off the phone with lenovo support looking for this part, and the guy i talked to told me he thinks it's part of the system board? I dont understand that.

Anyway, i noticed that in the part list they call the hard drive the hard drive assembly? Does this include the tray, the guy at support wasn't sure? it seems odd to me that you'd have to buy the whole system board for that little peice of tin.
