updating ATI radeon 7500 WinXP driver

Hi all, I am having some kind of trouble after upgrading my R40's ATI graphic driver. After installing the driver downloaded from IBM support, I get 2 same applications when i press crtl+alt+del keys, which are ati2evxx.exe, used be SYSTEM and USER respectively, is this normal?? Because before upgrading this driver, I only had one ati2evxx.exe running from SYSTEM...

I always had and currently have two instances of ati2evxx.exe on ThinkPad and on desktop (with ATI card). So I believe it is normal.
