The BT module lives inside the LCD panel cover, at the bottom left, and is connected to the LCD cable.

The BT module is very small: 2.5cm x 0.5 cm. If you close the T60 and look at the left hinge, you will see a small cutout with a cover immediately to the right of the left hinge. The BT module fits though that opening after you remove the small cover.

HOWEVER, not all LCD cables are BT-ready. You can remove the small cover and look to see if there is a small (2mm x 5mm) white female connector inside the opening. If yes, then you can add the BT module. If not, you have to disassemble the LCD panel and replace the LCD cable with a cable which is BT-ready.

The small cover snaps in place with 4 clips. Use a sharp razor blade to "feel" your way to the snaps so you can pull off the cover to the opening.

Good luck.
