X60 and DVI and other questions (vmware etc)

I used to have a X20 long ago and then I migrated to the T42/43. I am thinking of going back to the X60. Currently I use my T43 with a docking station and a 20" LCD (DVI).

Can I somehow get a DVI output with the X60 (some dock maybe)?

Also, how much does a X60 suffer due to the integrated graphics? I dont play games but I must run VMware for sure. Has anyone run vmware on a X60 and compared it to running on a T60.
