Adding Bluetooth to X60.

#1 Post by roders » Sat Nov 04, 2006 9:19 am

To All,

Is it true that some X60's can't be retrofitted with bluetooth?
I know the parts needed are :
91P6971 is the LCD cable with BT
39T0497 is the BDC-2 module
41V9744 Clear Plate

But were some X60's built so they wont take the BDC-2 Module?
My model is a 1706-5KM.......anyone know?

Regards
Rod.

Erm, even so, is it not just much more simple to plug in a USB Bluetooth dongle?
760ED All the way.

FEEL THE BURN! From the bottom of that particular laptop... right in the bawsack! eek
