240 WiFi Antenna?

#1 Post by obiang » Sun Nov 05, 2006 6:52 am

I'm sorry if I'm duplicating anything, but I cant' seem to find information installing a Wifi antenna into the 240. Can anyone point in the right direction?

Cheers!

The 240 is TINY as it is. Assuming you'll be replacing the modem with a typical Broadcom/Intel Wifi card, All you need to do is get an antenna kit (1 will do) and funnel it up the LCD bezel. Every notebook I open up, the LCD assembly has plenty of space, even for a skinny Wifi cable to sneak there with the vga cable. Have fun with this.
