Port Replicator II Power Glitch

#1 Post by CoolDragon » Mon Nov 06, 2006 5:45 pm

Sometimes, when I put my thinkpad on the port replicator II, there will be a power glitch:

If the machine is suspended originally, it will shutdown immediately on docking. You have to un-dock it, pull out the battery, and restart.

If the machine is turned on originally, it will freeze immediately on docking. Again, you have to un-dock it, pull out the battery, and restart.

This does not happen often, but I got one again this morning, which is annoying. So I am wondering if anyone here has some insight in this?
