SpeedswitchXP on T21 - does it really work?
I'm wondering if speedswitch xp really work on my T21. Right now it shows me that the processor is working at 382MHz, but in winxp and Notebook Hardware Controll is written that it is 697MHz (min) and never less. Why is that? Speedswitch works or not?
ThinkPad T21, 13.3", 1GHz PIII-M, 256MB RAM, 40GB Samsung SpinPoint, DVD x8, WLAN 3com X-Jack PCMCIA Card.
