is this a good price for a 2374 3XU?

I got a quote from IBM for a Thinkpad T42 2374 3XU for $1635 and no tax (purchasing through my university :D ). what do you guys think of the price adn the 2374 3XU series in general??

That's a real good price. You can get the same 2373-3xu for about $100 more on the Ohio educational site which, I believe, comes with the 3 year warranty.
