Help: Client Security Solution requires two swipes

For some reason Client Security Solution has decided that I must swipe my finger, confirm that I wish to log in as User so and so, and swipe my finger yet again. I can't figure out how to return it to a simple swipe of my finger, any ideas?

Uninstalling it and re-installing doesn't seem to help. I suspect some where in the registry something is set to require a double log on.
