Hi! Where do I get custom skins for windows XP like this one?

There are a bunch of places on the net to get those for Windows XP, such as this one and various sites for WindowBlind by StarDock or TGTSoft's Style XP.

Most of the time, however, you will need to either patch the uxtheme.dll, make sure that the theme is digitally signed by the correct provider (Microsoft, usually), or run an overlying process on top of the uxtheme.dll interface before it loads and registers itself.

A really good Windows XP skin that goes quite well with Thinkpads can be found here on the forums. The theme is very much like the one in that screenshot.

this actually is the zune theme release a couple of day ago by ms.

The Zune and Royale Noir themes are almost the same except the Start button of the Zune theme is orange.
