Port Replicator II.... roughly 2.25 years IBM warranty still on it.... works perfectly... I was using it with a T43p
For power supply... an Igo "Juice" goes with it. It has multiple adapters, so you can plug your Thinkpad in most anywhere... In the world

US/Europe/Japan.....

I added a splitter and another stepper.... and adapters can be found to match most cells.... so you can charge your cell phone or PDA with the same brick as you work..... right beside you.... I found that handy.... just working away from my desk.
