forget password bios of IBM TP T30

I take away cmos for 2 day,
then plug in again
after that in the screen show INVALID DATE
and can't boot

PLEASE ADVICE

There is a way to extract the password from the computer, but I believe posting directions would violate the rules as defined by the administrator.
I prefer not to be banned, so I will not post unless I know it is allowed.

joester is correct. As per board rules (FAQ #12 in this thread), discussion of techniques to bypass the BIOS (supervisor) password is not allowed.
