What Modem Does This Thing Have?

Sometime next week I'll be putting a Merom chip in my T60 and installing Windows XP Professional x64 Edition.

I've got the following stuff all taken care of:
- Intel Matrix Storage Manager
- Intel PRO/Wireless 3945
- Intel PRO/1000 Ethernet Adapter
- Intel HD Audio (with Microsoft UUA component)
- Intel 945GM Graphics

But I don't have anything for the modem. What chipset does it use?
