This experience makes me never consider about apple notebook

#1 Post by ronan_zj » Thu Nov 16, 2006 9:52 pm

Today , I went to downtown Apple store to check MBP, for I am thinking if I need T60 or macbook Pro.
Maybe, it is rain today? but I am 100% sure my hand was dry before I touch the MBP notebook. Guess what? I got electronic shock from the keyboard, and it was heck hurt. After that I talked to the seller that I got shock from that notebook, and he had to take that away for reducing danger. Well, I was surprised for his surprising customer service :" No one force you to touch the notebook."
I just want to say , APPLE POOR quality and customer service forever. I should sue apple for the elextronic shock from the keyboard area. dang!!!!!

If I were you, just mark down the Apple store that you visited....and the name of the sales person. Report it directly to the main office for them to take action. I think there's nothing wrong with Apple notebook thou.....its just the service.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and assume that's a joke...right? If you're truly serious about getting a static shock, you might want to avoid cars, buildings, chairs, desks and just about everything else in a developed nation.

I remember that the ThinkPad 380ED I used to use as my main laptop would always shock my wrist if I used it after walking across carpet on a cold, dry day.
