No USB when docked - Flip a coin

Day 3 of a new T60, and waiting for this ThinkPad to starting thinking... I have a standard port replicator/docking station that will not recognize the USB devices (most of the time) when booted up from the docking station. This annoys me since I have a wireless USB keyboard and mouse!!!

1-800 IBM... was not much helpful on this issues, just updated the PowerManager and verified that I had the current BIOS and firmware... Suggestions... or therapy?

Because there are so many BIOS that have been removed, which one do you have?
