Create Restore Disc - X41

#1 Post by capemayal » Sun Nov 19, 2006 2:01 pm

I want to make a set of restore disks.

Whenever I click on Create Restore Disc I receive an "Internal Error has occurred".

All other functions of the laptop are fine.

Thanks,
Al

Does the hidden partition still exist? One way to find out is to go to "Start" --> "Programs" --> "Administrative Tools" --> "Computer Management" --> "Disk Management". See if the hard drive has a FAT32 partition about 5GB in size.
Microsoft Surface 3 (Atom x7-Z8700 / 4GB / 128GB / LTE)
Dell OptiPlex 9010 SFF (Core i3-3220 / 8GB / 8TB); HP 8300 Elite minitower (Core i7-3770 / 16GB / 9.25TB)
