Looking for PCMCIA USB 2.0 card for a T21

There's a few possibilities on Amazon and CDW, but I wanted to see if anyone was using a specific brand with their T2x series.
I have an SXGA T21 and I have no complaints except having only one USB 1 port.

I have researched many cards already, but i'm looking for advice from someone who is actually using one with an external hard disk (or iPod) and can tell me about transfer rate or any problems they encountered...

(experiences with Firewire cards welcome too)
